Purim and St. Patrick’s Day 2022 are on the same day this year so this calls for a holiday mash-up! I can’t think of a clever name (like how Chanukah and Thanksgiving were Thanksgivukah) but adding Guinness to my hamantaschen just makes sense. A chocolate dough, peanut butter Guinness filling, and a Guinness drizzle.
